Rooms are really small. But service is excellent. From the reception to the staff in dining area. During our stay all 4 elevators were working. The best part of this hotel is the location close to the subway station and has a great view of Empire State Building. We will stay again here next time for sure

Hotel ligt centraal. Het hotel heeft 45 verdiepingen en 2 liften. Op het hoogtepunt hebben we er 25 min over gedaan om naar beneden te komen in de ochtend (8.15). Daarnaast een keer geen nieuwe handdoeken ontvangen. Daarnaast kost een klein flesje water op de kamer 6 dollar!!

Good stay at hotel. Room was nice, it wasn’t too spacious but view was great. The elevators worked pretty smoothly and I never had to wait to long. The service was decent and staff friendly. Overall I would give my experience an 8/10.

hotel room is small (17 sqm), but practical. Included breakfast is a nice feature even though it is chaotic at times. Staff is super friendly and helpful, definitely a feature to mention. Room service a bit funky ... one day our soap (not even half used) was gone without replacement, one day only one shower towel, ... and one day a bottle of cleaning detergent was left in the room. The elevator logic would need some overhaul ... with 40+ floors and 4 elevators, it took sometimes up to 15min to catch an elevator (going down), and once inside and full it still stopped at every floor (some more clever logic - not the hotel's fault, but the elevator manufacturer's) announcing that it is full and people standing outside should wait for the next available one. Overall, even with the critical points mentioned, the expectations were met.

This hotel is very good. I would recommend it to all. Firstly the location is very useful. Since it’s in the middle it’s not too far from any of the attractions that you’ll go and see while in New York. It’s close to subway stations, 6 mins walking depending on which line you want to use. the breakfast is good, options are plenty, seating area is plenty. Hotel staff are very helpful, kind. I enjoyed my stay here and would for sure recommend it.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal super freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf das Empire State Building! Der Times Square war ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Rund um das Hotel gab es viele Essens-, Transportation- und Shopping Möglichkeiten. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und war ideal, um New York zu erkunden.

This hotel is very good. I would recommend it to all. Firstly the location is very useful.
